Broken

So lately I've been going through odd changes. Not ones where I dress in drag but still monumental in my small world none the less!

For one I'm kind of tired of erotica. I don't know why and I'm not criticizing those whom still love it. Heck, I wish I still possessed the whimsy to appreciate it!

At 1up I started an account and got to know a lot of nice females. After gaming with them quite a few times I considered them "dear friends". It was the first time in my life I was content being amongst the company of women fully knowing they were married or unavailable. In the past it would have made me jealous or resentful but now I'm just happy to have more buddies on Xbox live to game with.

When you start to soften up to the opposite gender you get to the point objectifying them becomes difficult. Granted I still hold fast to the belief objectification is not always bad and sometimes to feel attractive we all want to be seen as arousing naughty fantasies! Yet this has made me question my sexuality.

What makes me hard is completely out of sync with how I feel about the fairer sex. I mean when I surf for porn to get off I still like the dirty & rough tit fucking, hair pulling, gagging deep throat cock sucking, bukkake, and anal banging extravaganzas. If I respect women so much why haven't my kinky preferences changed with the rest of me? Don't worry it is a question I do not expect to come with an answer guys. lol.

I've also decided a few things about my art. The first is I plan to continue to do erotica once in awhile but I prefer using my own characters. My experimental sketch using Bayonetta didn't exactly resonate with me on a deep level. I still plan on coloring it at some point yet it feels a bit more hollow than usual to put effort into something mainstream & not 100% mine. Had it been a character I put love into creating such as Angi, Kara, Julia, or Cherry (Carly) I would have perceived it differently!

Secondly there is still going to be a slew more of simple character concept art. All of it will be on a web page I have planned so getting my lads and lasses colored is important!

Amidst this I'm still cranking out occasional commissions but only for dear friends or people I know that want something done that is more or less up my alley. I love it when people want me to draw their ocs but not so much when they want generic fan art. Honestly "fan art" takes a particular kind of talent and devotion which I do not have in abundance.
